Call your employer and see if they have a copy or if they can get one from their accountant. I know we keep copies at our office before we give them to the employees.

ETA: This just happened to me today, in fact. An old employee called and never got his W2 because he moved and didn't tell us. I called our accountant and had one for him w/in an hour and it'll go out tonight.

well, the same thing happened to me. you can either ask your employer to replace it with another one or call the IRS like i did. here is their number: 1-800-829-1040. good luck!!

call back to your employee get a copy or when you file use your last pay stub......that happen to me one time and H R Block excepted that....good luck

You can go to the Social Security office and they can tell you what you made, where you made it and when.
