What? GOD appeared to Noah, Abraham, and other prophets in person??!!! Yeah RIGHT! He appeared to NO prophet, but He SPOKE directly only to Prophet Moses (peace be upon him).
He didn't appear to Prophet Muhammad OR to any other prophet except Moses. What's your evidence that all the prophets 'met' God before He gave them revelation? Get your facts right before sharing the ignorance and twisting the Truth.
Who told you Angel Gabriel met Muhammad only during the times that Muhammad would be in caves? That's another dumb lie. Gabriel came to him at times while Muhammad would be at the Mosque as well, buddy.
And, just so you know, the angel ALWAYS came to him (or other prophets) in the form of a HUMAN! Never in the form of an Angel (white-colored, with wings ... which is just the general image we have of an angel)..... Well, except in the Battle of Badr where the Angel's wings were shown for a while, but that's a COMPLETELY dif story and has practically nothing to do with revelations.
So, again, NO PROPHET ever got to meet God directly or even speak to Him directly (except Moses).
Peace and blessings be upon you, and have a lovely day!

Noah, Abraham and Moses only heard God's voice. And who knows what kind of voice it was. I can say that even a person standing by the side of these prophets might not hear the voice when they were hearing it.

Quran tells that Moses presented his wish to take a sight of God but he was told that he cannot see Him. When Moses insisted, only a small vision was shown to him and he could not bear it.

Gabriel did not come to Muhammad only in cave, but at other incidents as well. After the revelation of Quran was finished, a man came into mosque and sat right in front of the prophet and asked three questions to the prophet and on every answer Muhammad gave, he said "you are right". After this person left, prophet asked the people sitting around him, "Do you know who this person was?" and then told that he was Gabriel.

Why would you say that a cave is associated with evil sprits? Not true, it is a place and evil spirits can reside anywhere. They can only be in places where evil is. Such as bars, brothels, and so forth and so on... Mohammad (peace be upon him) had the Quran revealed to him in cave Hira and he was alone when it happend. We really don't know why it was chosen but it was. Plus God never revealed himself to any of his prophets -at least not in a physical form.

a cave can be associated with a lot of things depending on which culture youre in.

I have asked myself this question but I do believe that Moses was the only one who talked to God sort of face to face but even that was through a medium.

Noah and Abraham actually heard voices and or had contact with Gabriel who in Islam is referred to as the one who brings Gods word to messengers.

The reason is because of FEAR.

Remember, even evil spirits tremble at the name of Jesus.

What did the demon possessed man say? "Son of the most High!"

Now...God's name is prohibited to be spoken even by man, let alone evil spirits!!!

Do you think the evil spirit has the audacity to use the name of God? Its like, its easy to call yourself as some minister in china, but calling yourself as chairman Mao during Mao's time is SURE DEATH.

St. Paul says .."even Satan appears as an angel of light"...That goes for the Mormon angel Moroni too. Paul also said " If we or an angel from heaven preach any other gospel to you except the one we preached originally, let that one be accursed(damned) ".
I see alot of different gospels out there.

Becaus eman cannot see GOD face to face. Jesus spoke face to face or GOD as man spoke face to face.

Even if an angel were to bring a different gospel than the bible we are not to believe it.

It would have been easier to convince people that an angel appeared to him rather than God, this is why most people know it's a false religion, and a false prophet.
