my dad has been ignoring me for arround 3 or 4 weeks now and he is really making me sad i dont know what to do or say about it to him

there is no reson for him to be ignoring me i didnt do any thing for him to have a reson to ignore me

there are 3 ways to handle this situation:
1. ask him "did I do something wrong?"
or are you having an affair and it is easier for you to ignore my presence, so that you don't have to own up to what you have done."
3. or make his favorite dinner (and booze if are 21+) and then YOU ignore him. food is another way to communicate with him. Men are funny about food and booze.
or bring a guy over. that will get him to talk.

Your dad is preoccupied with his immediate problems right now and probably doesn't even realize what he is doing to you. He's unemployed and very worried. He needs you but approach him gently and just let him know you love him and that things will get better in your lives. Keep him positive. He needs your help now more than ever. Good Luck

it must really suck to feel unacknowledged and you don't know why. if you thought it over and really don't know if you did anything wrong or offended him some way, it may be your dad's problem. maybe try asserting yourself with him in a way that you're not accusing him, and hopefully he'll open up to you. be sure to let him know how you're feeling and offer him help with anything he needs. good luck!

Make him something good to eat and just ask him. If he isn't working he is worried about finances and ask if you can help. Don't ask for things you don't need if dad isn't working.
