neither one should be undercooked, partially because they do not taste good that way, and partially because of the risk of bacteria ..... in the old days there was a risk of contracting trichinosis because pork that was not raised in clean conditions could carry a little parasitical worm which buried itself in the muscle of pigs ..... that is no longer such a risk, thanks to the departments of agriculture the world over ...

It only depends on which illness you want to endure. Salmonella or trichinosis. If I had to choose, I'd pick the undercooked pork only because I've probably undercooked it before and I'm fine. But I always overcook the chicken because I'm paranoid like that. :)

Both are dangerous to under cook.
besides pork caries retroviruses in every cell of their bodies and is not killed by heat or cold.
There is a big debate as to whither or not you can contact any of them from eating, but processors of pork have been know to contract them.
And there are transplant issues as well because of worries of these retroviruses adapting to effect humans.
Personally having survived Cancer now for 12 years I don't want to take the chance

i would say chicken because you can not preserve chicken for long,which is something you can do with pork so pork is more save
