I woke up this morning only to find out that my G-ride is gone. After about an hour of panicing and calling the cops and so on, I realized that it could have been repoed by those sneaky little crooks. I call the dealership to see if indeed it has been taken back and indeed it has.

Am wondering if this is it or if I could get my G-ride back?

Thanks

At this point I do not think I am at a lost with the car but because they came to pick it up, would this still go on the credit report???

You could conceivably get the car back - but it's going to cost you. The credit company will probably require that you pay nearly the entire outstanding amount on the loan, back payments missed, and the repo man's fees.

They have also already reported the fact that the car has been repoed, due to missed or late payments, so your credit record is screwed!

CROOKS?????

You are the one that did not pay the bill, thus making YOU the crook.

If you contacted the dealership that leads me to believe that your credit is already trashed and you purchased a car from a "buy here pay here" lot. They may or may not be willing to accept a payment from you for the full amount of your missed payments. However, if you can come up with the full payoff you can drive your "G-Ride" home today!

YES, YES, YES, they are going to SLAM your credit report and justly so! But once again, if you bought from a BHPH lot then your credit was more than likely trashed from the start.

Good luck, and pay your damn bills nex time.

Not only is it on your credit report but they will now sell it at auction and you will still be libel to pay the difference between what you owe and what they got at auction.

If you have the money, you're best bet is to get your butt down to the repo location and bring you account up to date.

Yeah, it will go against your credit! Also you can get the car back but your going to have to make your past payments and maybe more... Depends on how much you need to catch up on(as in your payments) Good luck!

You can get it back but you'll have to have some cash. It will go on your credit report.
