According to God's command, it's wrong to drink blood. So I think we can throw logic and consistency out the window here.
A vegetarian can partake of the Eucharist as long as no animals were harmed in it's making. (And so long as none of the employees at the Eucharist plant own fur coats.)

First of all, it is not "wrong" for a vegetarian to eat anything he/she wishes. There is no law of vegetarianisn. It is anb entirely voluntary practice. Yes, we do indeed consume real flesh and real blood in the Eucharist, just as Jesus said we do. But it is under the appearances of bread and wine. Therefore your body doesn't recognize it as anything other than bread, though your spirit is refreshed and strengthened in a way that no mere physical food could ever provide.

Don't get into Operation "Overthink"! Christian's are commanded in the word of GOD to partake in the Eucharist. Christ said, "Do this in remembrance of Me." There is nothing wrong with bread and grape juice!

No, because although we believe that the Eucharist becomes Jesus's body, it still maintains the physical properties of wheat and bread.....Understand? So even though we are partaking in the supper of Our Lord, the bread still maintains its physical properties. It is the spiritual properties that are altered.

Well they should become protestant, as for them it's symbolic. On the other hand, if God created man, he created him as an omnivore and several times (in both testaments) commanded or provided meat to eat. I'd say that vegetarians are thumbing their noses at God.
On the evolution side, we evolved as omnivores, and being a vegetarian isn't buying you anything. Granted a balanced diet is a good thing.
