You want panel meters.

There are 2 kinds: analog and digital

Jameco.com (among others) sells both kinds.

The analog meters are US$8.79 each, and they have the exact kinds you want (0-30VDC and 0-5ADC)

The digital meters are 12.95 each, but they are voltage-only, so to measure current you'll need a shunt resistor and use the 200 mV scale.

I needed the same measurements for my Motor Home, so I bought a couple of cheap VOM's from Harbor Freight Tools for about $5 each and mounted them permanently where I could read them... One for DC Volts and the other for DC Amps (up to 10 Amps).

You can get a multi-meter from http://www.harborfreight.com for about $5 that will do all that plus more.
