If your questioning yourself in the mirror, like,is my bum too big or is my bod the right shape or in general do i look good, then maybe your just going through a nomal vanity scenario like most of us do.But if your seeing yourself as actually being the wrong shape,or not the same shape as everyone else, and asking why arnt i the normal shape like everyone else,or why am i ugly and why does no one like me.then maybe you have dyxmorphia.Do you suffer depression or dont like being in public(Hiding away)if so then its even more likley.YOU MUST see your doctor before this gets any worse,as it can destroy your life until you do.He will deffinately be able to help.Dont put it off till tommorow the quicker you do something about it the easier it will be to treat. The doc may give you prescription for tablets that will help you feel better about yourself again.Everyone has somethings they dont like about themselves this is normal. Its when you hate or question yourself all the time when theirs likley to be a problem. Its more comman than people realise.Im no expert but someone very close to me is going through the same thing.I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TO UNDERSTAND YOURSELF MORE............GOOD LUCK

maybe your just worried about looking good, most teenagers worry about that .try not to worry about it ,if a person doesn't;t like you for whats inside, they don't care any way. work on a kind heart, wisdom, and good personality that's what matters the most. as for the girl approach her and say hi for a start,if shes really interested in you she will talk to you.if not move on their are plenty of girls out their you will find one some day, just don't give up and hang in their, you know you will never know till you try.good luck.if you feel like this won't help 'try making an appointment with mental health counselor they can help if it is really obsessive compulsive disorder.
