My 2 boys always have a bad odor coming from them. Even after brushing their teeth and showering. What could it be?

some foods can cause odors that can come right through the skin. Garlic and onions come to mind, but they probably dont eat a lot of those yet. but other things may cause it. do they eat a lot of certain foods? It might even be foods that dont really seem odiferous. just the way they break down in the body. Acidic foods, Asparagus can make a weird smell. What do they smell like? I remember a girl from grade school who always kind of smelled like pee. I think she was clean, but it just kind of wafted around her.

must be a boy thing because my 8 year old has the same problem.

It's only from his mouth?
Consider food origin, gastric or throat.
It's from other fluids too (urine, faeces)? consider genetic disease: "malodour urine" or rottenfish urine" - a metabolic error in which there is an abnormal production of trimethilamine.

probably washing clothes or they need to start wearing deodorant just change you fabric softner and see what happens
