I think that it matters how religious you are. Some very religious people consider Sunday's to count during lent, but most people see Sunday as a day of celebration, so most people treat themselves to that forbidden thing/ food. In my opinion, Sundays do not count and you should indulge. Happy Lent!

Well they should know the answer, but no, Sundays don't count. That's why Lent runs for 46 days rather than forty.
***Easter always falls on a Sunday between March 22 and April 25, roughly corresponding to early spring in the Northern Hemisphere. Ash Wednesday, which may fall anywhere between February 4 and March 10, occurs forty-six days before Easter, but Lent is nevertheless considered to be forty days long, due to the fact that Sundays in this season are not counted among the days of Lent. The traditional reason for this is that fasting was considered inappropriate on Sunday, the day commemorating the Resurrection of Jesus.

What counts during lent or your relationship with christ is entirely your call. You have been given the Word, a consciense and the power of discernment. Christ has laid down the ten commandments, he also made examples using basic tools. So i guess its not a question of can or cant, where or what. Its simply a question of, if you love christ, you'l obide by His commandments and do whatever it takes to please Him.

Not very good catholics if they don't know, first. Second, no it is not true. Would not make much sense that you would indulge of the holy day.
Lent is hard to me though. I am giving up on chocolate so no one will want to talk to me.
