nobody knows for sure,but common opinion is he is the universe and creation.But common opinion has been wrong many times,so it really does not help you.In other words .It is unknown

Universe manifests itself through the Power of God. It doesnot have any existence of its own. One could equate it this way. If God is Sun, universe is just a ray of light.

God is the creator of the universe and everything in it is the reflection/ extension of God. God is the author of free will and democracy - in relation to self-governing.
