Green Tea is said to help curb appitites as well as help lose weight. I drink a cup every morning with a small breakfast (like cereal or a small bagel) it helps curb my appetite until about 1 pm for lunch. Its also a good antioxitant

Its important that you eat..Oatmeal in the morning will fill you up for a while but drinking lots of water helps even more and if you can start drinking green tea that's another added plus because its great for your body and has a natural supplement in it that keeps your hunger away. I had the same trouble as you but now that I do the tea thing and water I am not hungry. Also its great to have snacks through out the day your body needs it just pick healthy snacks. Good luck.

Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day that consist of high fiber and enough protein to sustain you. Include as many vegetables as possible into your diet. Eat lean protein each meal. Drink water with your meal.
If you still feel really hungry, eat a small snack - apple, cup of high fiber cereal, oatmeal, low fat cottage cheese.
Most importantly, once you eat something, wait 20-30 min before determining whether you are still hungry or not.

it is a common misconception that skipping meals will keep the body fat off when in actuality skipping meals slows your metabolism down and puts your body into starvation mode so when you do eat food your body thinks it must store it for furture use but what it is storing is FAT....To avoid this eat every two to three hours light snacks and do this 6 times a day instead of three large meals.I lost 70lbs after birth of last baby eating 6 times a day, light snacks for three of those meals and lots of protein because protein stays with you longer then carbs do.....For the other three meals I ate healthy but portion control is the biggest factor....no bigger then a salad plate.

Drinking an 8oz glass of cold water should stave off hunger for awhile. This makes you feel full before you begin eating.

Best of luck to you.

Water. They say drink 8 oz of water about 15 minutes before you eat. Gives you a sense of fullness. Also, with that name puff, puff, pass - the munchies might be the the real issue.

eat high fiber foods and drink plenty of water. The fiber digests slowly, so you are full longer.
