High fiber diet and water....Fiber absorbs the water and fills you up...Try eating more raw fruits and vegetables, or a high fiber cereal for breakfast. Drink plenty of water during the day and this should help you out.

Plantago...it's a fiber supplement you mix with water and drink, then drink another glass of water. It swells up in your stomach and helps you feel full. It's inexpensive and you can get it at your chemists without a prescription.
Also make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day--plain water, no bubbles or sugar.

If your suppressing your appitite to lose weight it will get worse as your body will store more of what you do eat. the best thing is to eat little and often, (every 2 - 3 hours) eat somet healthy evey 2 - 3 hours this tricks your brain not to conserve food and keep you metabolism working, its also a healthier way of doing things. i lost weight and body fat in no time. i just ate chicken steak salads, cereal etc. and weight dropped right off.

I try to drink a pint of water before eating. I also drink water whilst eating. It seems to reduce the amount I need to eat before I fill up
