Monogamy seems to be lost now a days.....it's hard to find a couple without atleast one partner cheating anymore. I think it's disgusting, and the internet is one of the main reasons for this crap...it's making it too accesible for everyone to have "friends with benefits" and sh*t like that. I for one don't like it at all, b/c a woman like me wants a man who I can trust and have for my own.

friends with benefits are the best thing 2 me. the only attachment i want to have is with my husband. but i'm not tied down, i'm young, its easier to be straightforward & tell someone ur not ready for a relationship. and voila! friends with benefits is the perfect fit. i guess its all about preference.
monogamy is still there but i think the time period has something to do with it. the media, the majority of ppl doing things, it all plays a part into perception & choices

There are lots of sexual relationships and this is an option for mature adults who want what they want without the chaos that CAN come from committed relationships. As long as its consentual and safe...whats your beef? I have been in these types of relationships for the past 7 years and have no regrets and STILL not ready for a committed relationship. My last friend with benefit relationship lasted 9 months and we were only sexing each other. Its not like you go out and sleep with whoever will have you. Me and my FWB even got tested for STDs before we started, and ALWAYS used condoms. Its ALL good!!

I don't,.. would LIKE one, but hard to come by,. anyway,.. monogamy is applicable to only those who want a monogamous relationship; it can't be forced or expected these days. Sad I know but that's how it is. Wanna be mine? :-D

I have had friends with benefits. Normally, that does not work becuase someone starts having more feelings than the other.
I have friends too - and I do not have to sleep with them.

It's hard to find 'the one' and sometimes people find it easier to settle for anyone.
Some people want to have fun while not getting involed in anything "serious" although you will find most of these don't end up being a good situation. (not for everyone)
