confront the guy first.. just ask him what was going on first.. and gauge his reaction to see if he is being honest or not. iw ouldn't go and meddle in their business before i knew all the facts.

It depends on how close you are with that friend. If she's yours best friend, of course you tell her. If you're just close, don't. She'll probably just thing you're jealous.
