Well, try charcoal bones. They will soak up anything bad consumed by the dog, and possibly help it pass whatever it ate, or help get rid of the sickness. If this doesn't work, you may want to consult a vet, vomiting in a dog for longer that 3 days could be fatal, because dogs loose their nourishment very easy through vomit, and they get dehydrated very easy. (Make sure the dog is drinking water.)

Call your veterinarian. Things to consider.....Is the dog up to date on vaccinations? Does he also have diarrhea? How often is he vomiting? Possible problems can be as simple as an upset stomach to having pancreatitis, an obstruction, parvo, etc. You really need to see the vet.

If your dog has eaten something that he shouldn't have then he will just get it out of his system and be fine or if he is eating grass he will stop vomiting when he stops eating it.

However if there is nothing out of the ordinary than you should realy take him to the doctor he could be realy sick and need medical attention

Take him to the vet. Get Metachlopromide (sp?)

Don't delay - dehydration is a serious concern in vomiting cases.

Without a vet. which you should consult, the dog needs to eat grass-- this acts like an antacid for dogs and sometimes helps them to get over the problem
