They have potty targets at Babies R Us. This would make potty training fun for them. Good Luck!

I was told by a neighbor of mine who had 5 boys and IT WORKED!

My son was potty trained at 18 months and it was incredibly easy.

Start in the morning first thing and let him pee into a jar ( like a spaghetti sauce jar). This is much less intimidating than the toilet or even sitting on the potty chair. I would use the jar the first couple of times in the morning and then we would use the potty chair which allowed the pooh thing to come naturally. I know it sounds crazy but it worked for me! Good luck!

Are you a stay at home mom??? I used to be a Nannie to triplets. Quite fun. I potty trained them in 2 days. They were very particular about being wet though and it was easy.
This is what i did.
1. Put them in underpants. They will have accidents but make then responsible for cleaning up ( with you help but not too much).
2. Every time they go to the potty reward them in some way. ( a dance, cheer, maybe a gummy bear or 2. make a big deal about how they are growing to) you may want to call dad and grandma. It will make them feel good.

It does take time so be patient.

When your at home with her make her go every 15 to 20min sit her on it and hold her there.

don't take notice of her when she has not done anything, stop putting nappies on her during the day, This may sound really gross but this one works well if she pee's her self or Pooh's her self while she is wearing her undies Her new Undies she is to be left with them on for a few min as this will feel uncomfortably to her as they are not the same feeling as nappies.but don't for get to put clean ones on later,

Whenthey wakes up in the morning take their nappy off straight away and putthem on potty then again 5min later and then ten and so on, most kids this age do a poo in the morning . When they pee's or Pooh's in potty you jump up and down dancing saying her name eg: Andrew yes yes you goodBoy you did we we in potty Yes I'm so proud of my big boys?

Please don't bring food into this subject. Every time they see a fruit loop, cracker or cheerio, they are going to think that it is okay to pee on it. I made a chart of pee-pee and poopy. Every time they got a whole row filled, I took them to the store and they got to pick out something. I also took the potty chair into a more comfortable, secure place so they wouldn't be scared of the big bad toilet. I also put big kid underwear on them and they didn't like the way it felt and that helped also.

Wait till it's warm and teach them to pee on a tree, I know it sounds silly but it worked for my two boys. They're all exhibitionists lol after that get one of those seats that slip onto the toilet seat to make the hole smaller and they don't fall in and of course a piece of candy for their good efforts. Good luck boys are really hard and you have to keep your fatience and be constant and reinforcing ps don't forget the kitchen buzzard, set it to go off every 30 mins and send them to the potty to start till they learn the signs.

Why did you wait so long? you should have started a year ago.
Simply explain to them that they are now old enough to use a potty and tell them when they need to go to tell you, put them on it after meals, when they wake up etc. so they get the idea.

My two boys both got to play a little game whenever peepee time came 'round. "SINK THE CHEERIO" was wildly popular and a successful method of improving urinary accuracy. I acted as both Coach and Cheerleader, and enthuiasm definitely counts.
