I like to buy the hot chocolate mix that already is sweetened with sugar.... and add it to a mug of hot milk ... being a chocolate lover, I really prefer "just" to taste the chocolate. I have tried flavoured hot choc., but I prefer it without any other flavour..
Rather than buy a tin of flavoured hot chocolate, you could first try different flavours from a restaurant, then you won't waste the tin if you don't like what you bought.
Don't forget that often the "flavours" added to drinks are just chemicals......
good luck

I like getting a cup from the convenience store, and adding 2 amaretto creamers to it. It's so yummy! I've seen and tried chocolate cherry hot chocolate, but making it at home just isn't the same! That would be my next fave flavor though.

I have to agree that mint is good. Although, orange works particularly well too!
That said, the best flavour I have ever had was caramel and chocolate, without question!

It is not so much the brand of hot chocolate is that you use, but what you put in it. Cream instead of milk or water. Topped with Whip cream.
Sprinkled with cinnamon.
Think I will go make one right now...sounds yummy.

I've only tried the mint, besides the ordinary choc'. The mint is quite nice, but it reminds me of the flavour of tooth paste, which tends to put me of the flavour.Choc' and coffee sounds nice, must try it.

I like butter toffee from Tim Hortons.
But my favorite is hot chocolate with fresh cream, and cinnoman.
