There's this neighborhood kid that my brother hangs out with. He's my age. My family knew him for about 5 years. People always asked us if we like eachother, or if we're "going out." And at family parties when he would come, all my cousins and family will say things like " is that your boyfriend!?" And stuff like that. But the thing is, he is always flirting with my 2 best friends infront of me and stuff. I know I'm more attractive then them so I'm wondering if he's just doing this to get me jealous. On my street all the kids hang out and stuff and we tackle eachother and wrestle. He's always throwing snowballs at my 2 best friends and tackling them and stuff but he NEVER does that to me. Why do you think that is? When he flirts with my 2 best friends it annoys me a lot. I don't like love him though but I don't know why it irritates me so much!
So what I'm asking is
1Why does he flirt with my friends infront of me
2Why does he tackle and wrestle them and not me
3 does he like me?

After I read over my question it did sound a little vain and catty of me saying I'm more attractive then my 2 friends. I really shouldn't of said that. Sorry!

Wow..lol..Well In my opinion, it really doesnt matter what anyone on here has to say.Because I or no one else in here can answer how he feels about you. Only he knows. But as for ur first question: Maybe he is doing it on purpose, maybe he wants to show that their are girls who are intrested in him, and hes tryin to show that. and for #2:Maybe he thinks that you dont like him as a person. Maybe he heard something about you, for example he might have heard that you said something about him. Im not sayin that this is true, but this is something that would make a person kinda back-off...lol..all in all I think you should figure out wat his feelings are for you. Because in the end, only he can answer these questions you have = )

My question is why you care, but the answer is you think you are a better catch than your best friends. You cannot stand the idea that they are getting more attention than you! Hmmph!
My advice; don't sweat it.
He probably likes one of them or both of them but has no interest in you for some reason. If he had an interest in you, he would do the same to you. It seems you harbor a secret hope that he will notice you, but he is obviously not doing so. Then again, maybe your friends are good flirts and he flirts back. I have no clue, lol!

You may be more attractive than your friends to most of us, but it is likely that TO HIM your friends are more attractive. There's no accounting for taste. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. one man's meat is another man's poison.
Most boys are simple and straightforward in their actions so it is unlikely that he flirts with them to make you jealous. He probably does not give any thought to how you feel about it.
With everyone asking you if he's you bf, you've probably absorbed an assumption that he should like you. So no wonder you are irritated that he doesn't. In general, no woman likes to feel that she is considered less attractive than another one. Get used to it, there will always be some men who find you less attractive than certain other women. Most men will always find you less attractive than major Hollywood beauties and models for example. Your best bet would be to find a boy who does think you are more attractive than anyone else.

1. Because he finds them attractive and not you.

3 yes he does pretty much!
He just playing childish to give you the message that if you are so attractive that he can see your 2 best friends and not you. I don't think it's a good way though.
My advice is that you should see somebody who is cool and wait for him to come to you, then this guy who is flirting with your 2 best friends will come one day crawling on his knees, but it will take time till he gets the message until he sees you with some one else who is cool and great. Then you can relax and watch the movie unfold itself.

If you don't like him, why bother knowing if he likes you? The dynamics of your friendship will change once you confirm this. Would you prefer to stay friends or move on to the next stage (provided that the answer to question 3 is yes). First think about how you will react when you find out the answer to question 3-then decide what to do next.

Most guys who know they are just out to fool around with as many girls they can will think twice before "playing" with their buddy's sister. His priority is his friendship with your brother and does not want to jeopardise it by being a player with his sister. So in other words, be lucky he is not displaying any attention towards you. He is out to play and he and your brother know this. This is usually a bond between two buddies, you don't "play" their sisters. I know, I have a brother too and his friends know that I am "hands off". If he really liked you and had good intentions he would have shown you, but since he knows his intentions would not be good then you are "hands off". Why don't you ask your brother if he has said anything to him about liking you?
If he is trying to make you jealous then here's the way to find out: start flirting and wrestling with other guys around him and see if it makes him jealous.

Ok, you need to get over yourself hun. You know how much of a ***** you sound when you say [I know I am more attractive then them?] How do you know that they are more his type and you arent. Not everyone is going to love you and maybe yoiu should learn to accept that.

IT would be so much easier to ask this to him yourself. I think he's trying to take your friends away from you. He flirts with them to deceive them that he's interested in them and then he attempts to physically abuse them and rid them from being capable of physically being in your presence thus allowing himself to have you all to himself. Yeah I think he likes you a lot.
