I told a girl that I liked her and our friendship grew I might ask her out. She seemed ok with this, and she asked for our friendship to grow. I let the friendship grow. Well, I feel really close to her, and she wants me to ask her anything to get to know her better. We have playful and sarcastic conversations and very intimate moments that were unexpected. Does she want me to ask her out?

You should ask her if she wants you to ask her out. It seems like you have that kind of relationship.
Or, you can take the plunge and just ask her out. I think you will be pleased with her answer for some reason.
