The language of Quechua is Ecuador and 'I love you' is :
'Canda munani'... I hope she will appreciate that you wanted to say something so nice in her language. good luck!

Well, there are different variants of Quechua. In bolivian Quechua you would say "qanta munani" to express "I love you", and in ecuador Quechua you wold say "canda munani". Hope it helps!

As you can guess, Quechua language is far from being rich in words, so the word love does not exist as a verb, the closest translation could be "Canda munani" i.e. I want you
