I'm a married mother 2 small children & need to talk to somebody today in confidence, can't talk to my friends as it's a personal marriage problem, anybody know telephone numbers for support if there are any ?

There are lots of organisations, one might be the right one for you.

Hi i think i know partly how you feel a bit like a prisoner locket away unable to speak out, not knowing what the problem is but guessing it goes some way towards a violation if you are being hurt or in Danger the police 999 is the best place to start they will find you a refuge other wise social services,

go on the salvation army website and they will give you contact details of help lines in your area. Hope this helps but if it's something you feel needs medical advice then you'd be surprised how good doctors can be at listening, mine was fantastic when i needed an ear

I can recommend the Samaritans. You don't have to be suicidal to call them. I did it myself as a young mum with relationship and debt problems and found them very helpful.
