does anyone know a good way to get someone from nigeria to canada to live.he is my sweetheart?

my sweetheart and I want to be together but immigration is a hassle... do anyone know if he can get canadian fundings to attend university here in canada... do any one out there know a good option we can use.

Not unless he has money he has to apply to the college and be accepted.
