Yes, they do. That is a nonstop flight. (Tip: having filled out a few, remember to bring a pen--they always seem to run out).

Yes, they will provide it either at the check-in desk or on board (or both). Additional copies of the I-94W are available at the immigration checkpoint on the ground also (just in case you fill one out wrong).

Enjoy your trip!

No problem on locate Metro from Reagan Airport. a thanks to Metro is o.k. marked. it really is a coated walkway from the airport to the metro station (about a million block). There are also taxicabs proper outdoors the airport doors which will take you on to a motel. A taxi is a lot a lot less complicated to apply than occurring Metro for the first time - extraordinarily with bags. i'd propose no longer to attain earlier 10 a.m. nor later than 3 p.m. by using hurry hour on the Metro. it will be finished of commuters at rush hour.

Yes, you will probably be given the I-94 on the airplane, just before you land in Charlotte. If not, you will definitely have to fill one out at immigration control, before you leave the Charlotte airport. Please also remember that you will have to turn in the completed I-94 when you go back to the UK.

If it's a direct flight, they should. Any connecting flight, the last leg of your flight should do it. BTW, I used Gatwick last year for my first trip to the UK, and I really liked it. Nice, clean, easy to get to by train... I'd use that again for travels.
