Please help me find the correct spelling for a pill that you take to help you prevent from getting sick.

Echinacea. ANd it doesn't prevent you from getting sick. It simply promps your body to produce more white blood cells, which boosts your immune system. You can certianly still get sick while taking it, it just lessens the chances.

However, do NOT take this herb if you are allergic to ragweed...it is from the same family and can cause allergic reactions - same goes for chamomile.
