i rele like this 1 boy and yesterday he sed he dont want 2 b friends with me anymore cos i have changed (meaning my clothes and stuff the music im into) he said he had really strong feelings for me and wanted 2 be more than just friends... i dont want 2 change but should i for him? but then i think it shouldnt matter what i dress like im still me on the inside im just changed on the outside please help me.xx

As long as you don't sleep in a coffin during the day and drink blood at night it shouldn't matter how you dress.
But at the same time, it's hard to have a relationship with someone you don't have alot of things in common with.
You have to have some of the same interests to be compatable.
If he is into different things than you, it doesn't mean he thinks you are a bad person, he just doesn't have much in common with you anymore.
It shouldn't mean you can't be friends, but to have a friend you have to be comfortable around them, and if your music, dress and habits make him uncomfortable, it will be hard for him to hang out with you.

If the guy really liked you it wouldn't have matter'd on what you look like and what music you listened to. If he only liked you because of the way you looked before, I think that it is not worth changing again just for him to be happy. Don't ever let anyone change the way you are and who you are.

First sweetie ... don't change for him, because you are who you are. And changing that for someone isn't going to have a good outcome. Yes you are still the same you on the inside and if he can't see that then believe the next guy will. NEVER change for a guy....... you change because you want to better you self.

Either he likes you or he doesn't. You should not have to change for anyone. If he wants you to change in order for him to like you, then he isn't worth it. If you change the way you dress and the music you listen to now in order for him to like you, then what will he want you to change next?
You have to be happy with yourself before you can be happy with someone else. If you change everything for him, then pretty soon you are going to start disliking him for the changes you have had to make If he doesn't like you the way you are then I say you should give him up. He isn't worth it and that will leave to free to find someone who will like you just the way you are.

No dont change your whole look for him, if he doesnt like you because you dress the way he doesnt like thats just rude. He should like you for the way you really are on the inside. Just give up on him, you will find someone better, someone who will like you AND your clothing style.

I don't think you should change. You don't have to unless you want to. You still are you but you have to decide what matters more to you.
And concider this; if you have to change so much for him, won't he expect you to change in the future as well? Whenever he thinks you should?
Are you willing for him to know he has such a hold on you?

You should tell him that--write a letter. Say--I'm still the same person on the inside; I want to still be friends...
People are typically closest to those they are like--and have things in common with. If it doesn't work out with this one, then try one that you have more in common with.

Theres no way you should change for him. Changing won't make your relationship any more real. He will just like someone he doesn't really know. You might like him now but eventually that will fade and you will find someone who likes you for you and for eveything that makes up you. Than that will be real.

Why did you change in the first place. Just be true to yourself and it doesn't sound like you are if you already changed once.
