The best way to prevent getting a cold is to live a healthy life style. Avoid processed foods. Stick to Whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean cuts of meat. Add nuts and seeds back into your diet won't hurt either. Also drink plenty of water. But the number one thing that you can do is to wash your hands on a frequent basis. Building up a good lather and washing for over 15 seconds, or a verse of Row, Row, Row your boat, and rinse with running water will do more than why over the counter high priced crud that is being sold just to take your money. Hope you feel better soon.

Drinking a natural health fruit juice supplement will protect your immune system and stop recurring colds and viruses.

Why take a drug when a food could do the same thing?
