i ate 2 packets of biscuits with i dont know how many calories now what should i do

If your on a good diet, you should be able to eat anything, but in moderation. If you starve yourself and dont eat some of the foods you like eventually your going to break and go on a binge.This is what is called "yo-yo-ing" where you stay healthy and then binge ruining all of your weight loss. Simple incoporate some of the unhealthy foods into your diet so that you can stay on your diet. use a diet you can stay on forever, so that your weightloss is permanent.

Count it as a cheat day! And later add an additional 15 mins to your cardio.
