Yeah - I started losing my hair in my early 30s and didn't do anything about it for ages because everyone said 'it looks fine' so I thought I must be going mad because I could see an actual bald spot!!! Eventually I did go and get it checked out and discovered that I had Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and low thyroid function. Got pills for both and the hair - mostly - came back.
My partner is losing his hair too. He's got a bald patch at the back. He worries about it and uses some expensive goo on it, but I don't know why he bothers - most men lose some hair as they get older.
My brother started losing his hair in his early 20s. He grew it long to make up for the loss on top and it was hideous!! I always wanted to chop his ponytail off. Now he's in his 40s and has it cropped quite short and it looks fine.
So, if you're a woman don't delay - make an appt with your doctor today!!! But if you're a guy - you can spend a fortune on pills and creams, but I'd say get used to it...

We often see hypothyroid symptoms totally reversed when commits to a plan that supports balance through nutrition and daily self-care. Learn here https://tr.im/0VBYT
Consume foods naturally high in B vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and seeds, and iodine (fish, seaweed, vegetables and root vegetables).
Exercise daily, at least 30–60 minutes per day, 4–5 times a week.
Practice deep breathing and other techniques that trigger the “relaxation response” – such as meditation and guided visualization.

That happened to me once. It turned out to be a vitamin deficiency
but it can also be thyroid problems. You need to get it checked.
