The extension .pdf relates to portable document format, Package Definition File, Printer Definition File, or a graphics file.
The extension .pdf is used in Adobe Acrobat, Netware and ED-SCAN 24bit.
You can download Adobe reader 8 here to open the file.
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
You can get a graphic file converter here.
http://www.convert-extensions.com/format/PDF-Ed-Scan-24-bit-Graphic-File.html
You can download Novell Netware here
http://www.novell.com/products/netware/
Although the .pdf format is used in more than one program, you are most likely to need Adobe reader.
