Because they have no balls to scratch!

No but i see alot of people doing it - AND i see alot of drivers using their mobile phones which angers me!!!
My Dad always picks his nose in the car - I shout at him when im with him, lol!!

What else are you supposed to do at a traffic light?
When I notice another driver watching, I wave the booger encrusted finger at him and smear it on my window, spelling out "HI!"

No I do not pick my nose at red lights, I just see some people that do.
