Why does my female dog like to ummm ride** my male cat? and no its not that shes in heat since she does almost 3 times daily since about december. and this is an honest question no jokes or dont answer.

Well, in doggie behavior she is showing the cat that she is the boss and more dominant. Has nothing at all to do with sex, she is just trying to let the cat know she is higher in the pack. The cat has no idea what the dog is doing and really could care or less what the dog thinks. Cats think they are in charge and every other thing on the planet is only here to make them happy. LOL
Tell her "NO" or what ever you choose and pull her away. If she persists and won't leave the cat alone I'd recommend reading up on dog dominance issues. If it was my dog I'd roll her onto her back, grab her by the checks and give her a good growl. When the dog isn't moving, fighting, or trying to get away anymore, just laying there like a limp rag you have established you are the boss of the pack. Not sure if that will put her in her place with the cat though. It might help if she is just looking for the pecking order.

I had 2 female dogs when I was growing up and one of them would do the same to the other. It is definitely a sign of dominance, dogs are as territorial as any other animal.
