There's this neighborhood kid that my brother hangs out with. He's my age. My family knew him for about 5 years. People always asked us if we like eachother, or if we're "going out." And at family parties when he would come, all my cousins and family will say things like " is that your boyfriend!?" And stuff like that. But the thing is, he is always flirting with my 2 best friends infront of me and stuff. I know I'm more attractive then them so I'm wondering if he's just doing this to get me jealous. On my street all the kids hang out and stuff and we tackle eachother and wrestle. He's always throwing snowballs at my 2 best friends and tackling them and stuff but he NEVER does that to me. Why do you think that is? When he flirts with my 2 best friends it annoys me a lot. I don't like love him though but I don't know why it irritates me so much!
So what I'm asking is
1Why does he flirt with my friends infront of me
2Why does he tackle and wrestle them and not me
3 does he like me?

he might like you..but as a sister figure. and to answer it seems like you do like him..possibly even love him but i'm not judging you know? well here's what to do...stay far away from him as possible b/c you don't want to end up here with hurt feelings.

He doesn't know where he is with you. He's being cautious and isn't sure how rough he can play. Also it gets your attention - maybe makes you a little jealous?
I think it's a game. He likes you. He wants to have sex with you. He's playing you. Have a good long think about this guy cos he might play you in other ways too.

I would think he likes one of the other girls that are your friends.
He's tackling them cuz he likes one or both of them
if he liked you he would be spending time with you ,not with your two friends.
