Frizz is typically the result of dry and/or damaged hair. Curly hair requires more moisture than any other hair type. I always tell my curly-haired clients to shampoo only when necessary. If you need to get it wet -that's fine - just make sure to condition it. I like to pack curly hair with moisture; the curls will look better, shinier, and less frizzy. Therefore, I always apply a leave-in conditoner before any other styling product. When drying, use lower settings and heat. Lastly, a good maintenance habit is to do a deep conditioning treatment once every other week. Best wishes.

I have the same problems and I dont want to spend a fortune on hair products. I use pantene daily renewal treatment leave in and it works great .. no frizz and shiny soft hair. its a miracle cause i have tried tons of things and this works for me.

Me, too. First, always use conditioner. Any kind will do. Pick the one that smells the best.

Next, any brand of anti-frizz gel will work. Don't use a lot of it. Rake your fingers through your hair and spread it out. Then dry as usual.
