The only form you could get from an online college would be a statement of the tuition you paid and the grants/scholarships you received to counter that cost. You take the number from box 1 and subtract any grants or scholarships you received and then put that information in either the "Tuitions and Fees Deduction" spot or the "Education Credit - Lifetime Credit" or "Education Credit - Hope Credit", depending on your situation. The whole reason the form was sent to you was to give you a break on your taxes. Most people choose to use the Lifetime Learning credit because it will generally give you a better result at the end of the return. Hope that helps!
