It doesn't sound like you're overweight. Why do you want to lose weight? Why is it so important to you? And why two weeks? I'd eat right, get exercise (can you walk to class?), stay away from the cafeteria, and don't worry about the number.

I work 12-14 hours a day and I still managed to work out anywhere from 1.5-3 hours a day and get 6-8 hours of sleep.
Cut out the tv and the rest of the crap, invest in your mind and body.

In order to lose weight and stay healthy you NEED to excersize. I also work full time and I am a fulltime student....Trust me its possible to find time to take a couple of trips to the gym if your determined.

if you can't workout then what do you expect to lose? 3000 calories to lose a pound means quite an extreme and unhealthy diet if you want to see anything visible
