How about trying a kiev type thing with a turkey breast? Mix the sage with the butter without melting it, make a small pocket in the breast meat and stuff it with the butter.
It then needs to be breaded, but as the filling will become liquid, the process will need to be done twice. Dip in flour, egg, breadcrumbs then the egg and breadcrumbs again.
You can cook this in the oven if you want to be healthy or deep fry.
It actually works surprisingly well served with a tomato and herb sauce.

the following is a recipe for the gorgonzola cream sauce and it contains the Parmesan cheese that you've been speaking about. i imagine even if it really is mixed with the Parmesan cheese it really is in simple terms no longer such of a reliable sauce. in case you wanted to, you could make a pan of each sauce and decide which one you in effortless words like the acceptable with the raviolis. elements 4 cups heavy cream 3 to 4 oz crumbly Gorgonzola (no longer creamy or "dolce") 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt 3/4 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper 3 tablespoons minced clean parsley instructions convey the heavy cream to an entire boil in a medium saucepan over medium-intense warmth, then proceed to boil immediately for 40 5 to 50 minutes, until eventually thickened like a white sauce, stirring in certain circumstances. Off the nice and cozy temperature, upload the Gorgonzola, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley. Whisk immediately until eventually the cheeses melt and serve warmth. in case you should reheat, warmth the sauce over low warmth until eventually melted, then whisk vigorously until eventually the sauce comes jointly.
