In the States, how much is the Tax Break if I get married without children?

This is in regaurds to California. I would suppose it will be different from State to State.

The answer depends on your income and deductions, and your spouse's income and deductions. No way to answer your question. Being married could save you money in taxes, or could cost you more, depending on your situation.

There is no Marriage Tax Break. When you and your spouse file a Joint return the Standard Deduction is 10,300.00,

There is none. There's actually a "marriage penalty" in most cases.
