The jars were tainted with salmonella; better to throw away six jars of peanut butter than to be sick with THAT stuff!

if you didnt see it on the news or didnt really pay attetion to it, there was a salmonella problem at one of the manufacturers, something to do with the jars not being thouroughly cleaned before they filled them with p-nut butter. it wasnt the peanut butter itself but un-clean jars

Well it didn't really have to do with the peanut butter it's self it had to do with the jars they were packed in, they were not sterilized and clean and had salmonella poisoning in them, I would suggest that you use an organic peanut butter like Smuckers or something that doesn't have hydrogenated oils they are really bad for you....

buy healthier ones with less fats and good nutriental value. also try to look for those is better packaging, in terms of safety and hygenic purposes
