The all volunteer force that makes up our military is a cross-section of our society. Unfortunately, there are mean-spirited, immature, and obviously stupid (they TAPED themselves doing this fer chrissakes!) folks wearing uniforms...just as there are similar folks in your town.
For anyone to think otherwise would make THEM simple and naive.
Now, the folks in your town...are the majority of them good, honest, honorable hard-working folk? Or are they ******** bullies as those depicted in your referenced video?
The MAJORITY of the folks serving over there do so voluntarily, and at great personal and familial sacrifice. Politics aside, hate infested bullies aside, most people in uniform go about their duties, performing them with the best of intentions and with honor. I think the Iraqi people understand that there will always be the proverbial 'bad apple' in every basket...but just as you should not call your town a human waste station for a few baddies, I doubt they view us as ALL being like those dumb-assed kids in that video.

Ever been to Iraq?
Those kids come up to soldiers begging for food, the second their bellies are full they start cussing you out-calling you a infedel and throwing rocks at American soldiers and American Humvees going down the road.
They are bastards. I wouldnt spit on their tounges.

Gee....anyone wonder why we have a Public Relations problem in the Middle East?
Anyone wonder why we are perceived as hostile towards the Arab world?
It comes to this....I know that we have an all volunteer force...these guys chose to join and risk their lives.....I salute them for that.....
BUT....any of them that engages in this...is no better than the scum that we replaced in Iraq.....NO BETTER.
I have heard that folks make fun of the sensitivity training that the soldiers are forced to endure.......Seems like they need to endure MUCH more....

Of course I am not impressed by people who form their opinions on the Iraq war based on what they saw on 'you-tube.'

Because those same kids are throwing grenades at them and telling insurgents about where they usually drive through to blow them up with ieds, and you're crying about taunting them with water. Another "tree hugger" question.

You see it in the movies where the bad guy uses the lure of water to torture or extract information from his/her victim. And, they wonder where we come up with this stuff. It's on film!
