It's called Sensism.
The idea is to get you off having to go to things like manual handling courses, community awareness training and the like.
The main tennets are that if you can look into your spiritual self and feel that your common sense can help you deal suitably with a situation, you should not have to listen to some other git telling you what to do and how to do it.
As it would be politically incorrect to force somebody to attend courses/training at work when the content of such directly insults that person's religion, you would not be forced to have to go and spend a day with some bearded git called Rodger showing you how to utilise a stepladder etc.

Sounds like a plan! Will there be a section that excludes me from attending diversity training? As a mixed race lesbian I do feel that there is little point teaching me not to be racist or homophobic.

Moses renewed the eternal religion of God in the Adamic Cycle.
Christ renewed the Message from Moses.
Muhammad renewed the Message from Christ.
The Bab renewed the Message from Muhammad in the Baha'i Cycle.
Baha'u'llah renewed the Messages of all the Messengers in the Adamic Cycle.
We have no records about the religious Cycles before and after the Adamic and the Baha'i Cycles.

As we all know when the course or courses are over you go back to the way you want to do it, only if you have a accident you will not be able to claim and they can claim off you, if they find you where not using the step ladder exactly as they showed you.

My religion already covers all that you have said, its spiritualism, and its been around for many years, and one unknown fact for you is that is a fast growing religion, has members all over the world, which include Muslims, Roman Catholic, Christens, atheists, and just about everyother religion you can thing of, funny how people don't know about that

I am a christain and christainity is not a religion, it is a relationship with god. Its not like religions that tell u what u can and can not do. You have free will, bu should have the common sense to know whats right and wrong. We simply go by what the bible says. So no i wouldnt change my religion because i dont have one/

No thank you. I love the one I practice now. That's what we really need. People should practice the religion of their choice and quit preaching. That would make for some wonderful progress on earth.

no perfect religion if we continue to create religion this is not the answer, just remember there are only two kinds of people in the world, just keep on doing good things in your daily life, and keep your faith high to our creator,anyway its just a matter of choice for non believers, if they believe... you loose nothing...... if you didn't you loose everything.
