This guy I was talking to...and then I told him I had to talk to another guy and he signed out..why can't he wait...what is wrong with him? He is a 9th grader.

Perhaps he felt you gave him a message that you're not interested in talking with him , that you're too busy talking with another guy asking him to wait*
Seriously now..if you were talking with him, and perhaps were interested in him, wanting to get to know him better etc...then he says "Oh, wait..i'll be right back in a bit I'm talking with another girl* Would you honestly SIT there waiting for him to finish talking with another Girl? Would YOU not feel..hmmm guess he's not interested in talking with ME...
Put yourself in other ppls shoes before you blurt things out.
On the other hand..YOU have a right to talk to who ever you choose to talk to...but I would suggest next time, just say you're talking with a friend.

If you were first talking to him then told him you HAD to talk to another guy, why should he wait? He expected your undivided attention and you just blew him off. His feelings were hurt.
