I think for a person who sins, no sin is deadly at all...
Well see...
If u kill someone...
they other one is dead...
& U r alive....
it is not deadly....
However, u are hanged till death because u commited a CRIME[& others came to know it]
&
If u rape someone....
no body is killed...
SO raping is also not deadly...
these big sins.. are not deadly at all
so how can other small sins be deadly...

Greed: attaching yourself too much to material things, especially money.
Lust:obsessive or excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature
Gluttony: an overindulgence of food and drink
Sloth (Laziness): the failure to utilize one's talents and gifts
Wrath/Anger: uncontrolled feelings of hatred and anger
Envy/Jealousy: rejoicing of other's failure and being saddened by their success
Vanity (Pride): a desire to be more important or attractive than others, failing to give compliments to others though they may be deserving of them, and excessive love of self

3-to be ungrateful to your parents
4- killing innocennt person
5-to commit adultry
6- to call names and spread romuers against polite spotless women
7-to change the fixed limits of the land

not praying salah, wine, intercourse be4 marriage, rejecting mother's order, converting from muslim 2 other non believer's religion, taking life of any human, commenting about someone
if a muslim wont do these sins then he is one of the great muslim
if any non-muslim avoids this then by grace of god hemay convert to muslim
