I work with a girl that i have a huge crush on. We always joke around and laugh so much at work together. We have a great deal in common. I enjoy her precense immensly and it seems to me she enjoys mine as well. We have a great deal of respect for each other, and I feel there is some type of bond between us. The only problem is I'm in love with her and am not sure she feels the same for me. I think she may have a crush on me too, but since we work together we are both hesitant to do anything about it because we have a great relationship as it stands now. How can i find out if she likes me more than a friend without asking her?

Go the subtle route. Ask her out for a cup of coffee. Get out of the work environment. If she touches your hands or legs or arms (or any body part for that matter) often, then yes she does like you. She wont do it at the office coz people will see.
