It depends on the context.
I think that if a girl is just poking fun or making a light joke, she likes you. If she goes for the jugular and says something really insulting or hurtful (and isn't smiling or laughing), then she's not into you whatsoever.

Well that all depends on how old you are and what she said. Sometimes it does mean she likes you but sometimes its just girls being mean. Oh yeah I said it! Girls can be mean too!
Well, if you dont know just talk to her. She will either be nice because she likes you or she will be mean because she doesnt. Either way you will know.
