Actually... in REV it says that the city of heaven will come HERE.
but then again.....
before it was translated as "with him in the air"
it was "with him in the Either"
as in the ethirial plane,
and that is not held in 3 dimensional space.

They are both just a "state of mind". Even the Nazarene said "The Kingdom of Heaven dwells WITHIN you". If he meant anything to be literal..THAT was it.
