How large do you think i could blow up a high quality 200ISO image off of Agfa Film.

Probably a bit larger than 20" x 24" with very good detail; however, depending on the viewing distance, you might try "poster size." Do you see those huge billboards with images of people? If you were to stand next to it, say 2 feet away, you'd see nothing but a blur of the "details."

Depends on the viewing distance and how critical you are. Is it 35mm? If so, 16x24 is pushing the envelope. But I have seen 24x36 made from 35mm. I was underimpressed.
