Butter and syrup....:)
It seems like there is a pattern of sugar and lemon, Im not familiar with this, can someone messageme and tell me what country has sugar and lemon on their pancakes traditionally? Im curious....thanks.

I forgot it was pancake day yesterday so we had our pancakes today - I am a traditionalist lemon and sugar, one of the kids wanted vanilla ice cream and grated chocolate (she did not get it!) and settled for jam and the other child just wanted the sugar on hers - doesn't like lemon. My husband just looked on as he doesn't like pancakes.

It was pancake day silly
i spent mor time mking em than eating them lol
but had a couple with nutella.
lemon and sugar and some with fresh peach and cream

Well - i work in a childcare centre and the assistant in the room made these really cool pancakes - she put 100's and 1000's in them. She also made a banana one - the kids and myself loved it!

didnt have time to do pancakes yesterday - kids busy with afterschool clubs etc - we're having them tonight - with the traditional sugar and lemon!!! Perfect!

I had lots of pancakes with different toppings ; sugar, lemon juice, strawberry jam

I didn't get to have any yesterday because my wisdom tooth was moving and acting up again :( so to make up for it I'm going to have some later on today with cherry filling and melted marshmallows. And possibly another later on from that with lemon sorbet in it and sherbert :) Yum!
