need some quick and easy meal plans . I work nights and on the go so I dont have a lot of time for cooking .

prebreakfast: creatine,and/or proteinshake
breakfast:6 eggs 4 without the yolk, bagle with peanutbutter,multivitamin.
midmorning: protien shake
lunch: some type of fruit
mid afternoon: proteinshake
dinner: steak, chicken, tuna, pork chops etc..
before bed: proteinshake
