I seem to always disagree with my work colleague,one day we get on fine, the nxt day she is rude and extremely patronising towards me.Today she tried to tell me off-though we're equal!!!
There are other times where we flirt continuously,smiling,stare into each others eyes,emails,body language etc....A few weeks back at a works drinks, she said:
I want to trust you-get to know you better....
What happens at work stays at work....
I want us to get on....
I don't do 1 night stands,I only have proper boyfriends....
Then she asked if we're "cool"???
MEANING???
Another week (at work drink) she just stared at me, I asked her why and she said "I just want to look at you and your funny".The look was all smiles - like checking me out!!!Then she said Are we "cool?"
Whats her game???What she mean by "we cool?"
p.s. there is trouble with her boyfriend of 2 years, as he don't want to commit....colleagues say we have a love/hate thing bwt us+there's tension bwt us..

Today she was training me and she told me to stop asking question,said she can tell me to shut up-not to be cheeky,that I do her head in!!!There was 1 moment when we just looked into each others eyes and it felt like there was something there - like we wanted to kiss or something!Its getting worse - HELP!!!

I'm a female living now with a guy i worked with for a couple of years! I was married before, but left for this new guy. I was horrible to him some days and nice to him other days. He never knew where he was! I fancied him like mad! That's why i never really knew what to do. Turns out he fancied me too! Anyway, it sounds a bit like you're in the same boat. Women aren't mad, they are just like men - they don't want to make fools of themselves if they think there is a chance the guy doesn't fancy them back! Also, if there is another partner involved, it makes it all even harder because there are people's feelings involved. You both need to find out where you stand! Good luck

Just ask her 'do you fancy me or something?' she what she says as it seems that she obviously wants you, but is battling this in her head because she is currently in a relationship. Maybe you should concentrate more on her relationship with her boyfriend, and become more of a friend to her rather than a flirting colleague.

You answered your own question really in your first paragraph,
You typed "she". Meaning that your work mate is female. That says it all, they blow hot and cold at the best of times. Look no further for your answer.
Either that or you are trying to analyse to much.

stay well clear of her she is playing the game my friend.
i have seen it so many times before she is stringing you along and she is loving it.
the best advise i can give you is to back off and stay well clear
as for "we cool" all she is doing is putting the ball in your court to watch you get frustrated.

think you need to talk to her properly. find out once and for all what (if anything) is going on. If you dont discuss it the situation will probably carry on as it is
